VoilaShip exists because of a gap you've probably run into: Americans love French stores, French stores rarely ship to the USA, and the forwarders in between charge subscriptions, volumetric minimums and surprise duty bills at the door.
So we built the version we wanted to use — a free French address at a real warehouse, a photograph of every parcel before you decide anything, FedEx to your door, and one all-in price with US duties already inside it.
We opened in the summer of 2026. We're new and we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise: what we can show you today are real documents, real prices and a real address — the same ones our customers see.

The calculator is public and needs no account. Every number we print in marketing comes from the same grid that prices your real shipment.
Nothing billed at your door
Every quote is DDP: transport and estimated US duties in one figure, before you pay. A surprise courier invoice is a failure, not a business model.
Small on purpose
Your parcels are received, photographed and packed by the same people who answer your emails. At our size, every customer is someone we know by suite number.
