Manifest
EXAMPLE-0000
Every VoilaShip shipment moves through the same five stages. Here's what each one means:
Received
Your package arrived at our Commercy warehouse. It's been weighed, measured and photographed — the photos are waiting in your dashboard.
Packed
Your shipment is consolidated and sealed, the commercial invoice is generated, and the FedEx label is on the box.
FedEx pickup
FedEx has collected the box from our warehouse. From here the FedEx network takes over, and every scan appears in the manifest.
In transit
Flying. France → USA express lanes typically route through Paris-CDG and a US hub such as Memphis or JFK before final delivery.
Delivered
At your door. Duties were prepaid (DDP), so nothing was owed on arrival — the journey ends at exactly the price you saw.
Where do I find my tracking number?
In your VoilaShip dashboard under the shipment, and in the confirmation email sent the moment FedEx picks up your box. It's a standard FedEx tracking number, so it also works on fedex.com.
How often does tracking update?
Every FedEx scan appears as it happens — pickup, export, arrival at each hub, customs clearance, out for delivery. Express shipments move fast: expect several updates per day, not per week.
My package hasn't moved in 24 hours — should I worry?
Usually not. The quietest stretch is the transatlantic leg and US customs processing, which can show no new scan for up to a day. Because every VoilaShip shipment is DDP with a commercial invoice attached, customs holds are rare. If nothing moves for 48 hours, contact us and we'll chase FedEx directly.
How long does France to the USA take?
Express is 1–3 business days, Economy 2–5 business days, from FedEx pickup in Commercy to your door. We only ship express services — there is no slow surface option to accidentally pick.
