Both competitor figures are their own quotes, read from their public calculators on 20 August 2026 for a 2 kg parcel measuring 30 × 20 × 15 cm going from France to the United States. Each is compared against our Express rather than our cheaper $36 Economy — beating a fast service with a slow one would prove nothing. That works out to 24–39% less than ColisExpat and 20–28% less than Easy Delivery, whose FedEx line is the same carrier we use. FrenchForwarders publishes no price at all — quote on request when we checked. US duties are the same whoever carries the parcel; the difference is that ours are in the quote and theirs are billed on delivery. Will I get hit with customs fees when it arrives?+
No. Every quote is all-in (DDP) — estimated US duties and taxes are already included in the price you see, so nothing is owed to the courier at your door.
How fast will it actually arrive?+
From France with FedEx: Express in 1–3 business days, Economy in 2–5. No slow postal routes — we only ship express.
Is there a subscription or any hidden fee?+
Never. No membership, no signup fee, no handling charges. You pay only to ship — the price in the calculator is the price you pay.
What happens if my package is lost or damaged?+
We photograph and weigh every package the day it arrives, so you can inspect it before shipping. Everything moves on trackable FedEx, and our team is on it if anything goes sideways.
What can't I ship?+
Air-freight rules bar a few things — loose lithium batteries, aerosols, weapons, counterfeits, alcohol, and tobacco. We flag them at checkout so there are no surprises.
How does it actually work?+
Sign up free and get a French address. Ship your French-store orders there. We receive, photograph, and store them free for 15 days. Whenever you're ready, we FedEx everything home — Voilà.
